At Rieker, we want you to be completely satisfied with your footwear purchase. If your shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack the Footwear

  Place the unworn shoes in their original Rieker branded box and secure them inside a durable shipping mailer or outer carton.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
